Nurse LPN Application-Canada
Are you ready to apply for registration as a nurse in Canada?
Before you begin the application process you will want to understand Canadian requirements, your eligibility, and what you will need to prepare. Fortunately Dr. Pulse Canada’s dedicated service to assist you for this tedious process is here.
Step 1- The Consultation: All this starts with an initial consultation call with you 1-on-1. This is where we evaluate your educational and professional profile to determine your eligibility. We review the requirements and answer any questions you may have.
Step 2 – The Sign up process: Once you sign up with Dr. Pulse we start by assisting you in deciding which nursing group and province has to be selected based on your eligibility and your requirements. The Registered Nurse profession in Canada includes 3 regulated nursing groups namely Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)*, or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN).
Step 3 – Collating documents: The document collection and notarization, translation, sourcing transcripts can be a tedious process. We hold your hand through this process to guide you to source all appropriate documentation.
Step 4 – NNAS Application: Once documentation is collated we initiate the NNAS application for one or two nursing groups and one province for your application and await the Advisory Report.
Step 5 – College of Nursing Application: The advisory and application is thus completed for the pre-selected provinces at this stage and the college of Nursing Application is filed.
Step 6 – Decision Granted: Based on the decision granted by the College of Nursing, you would be granted permission to sit for the professional licensure examination. At this stage our preparatory courses in NCLEX RN, CPRNE LPN or OSCE examinations will truly help you in preparing for the examinations.
