Description

Intended Audience: ITLS Provider is designed to cater to a wide range of medical professionals, including pre-hospital personnel (such as first responders, emergency medical responders, firefighters, PCP, ACP, CCP, wilderness and industrial medical staff) as well as in-hospital / clinic personnel (including ER/ICU/trauma nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physicians). Its comprehensive approach covers core knowledge and skills applicable to all levels of expertise.

Course Materials

The books and materials for the ITLS course are not mandatory. However, the book will give you more knowledge and a higher chance of passing the ITLS certification test.

It is your responsibility as the participant to acquire the required textbook, which is not provided as part of the course. The recommended manual for the course is the 9th Edition of the International Trauma Life Support Book (ITLS Book).

It is advised that you read the textbook, in its entirety, prior to the course.
