Emergency First Aid – Level A – Public
Length: 8 Hrs
Candidates learn basic assessment and first aid treatment in emergency situations. Course includes activating 911, scene survey, patient assessment, choking, CPR skills (Level A) and AED awareness, shock, bleeding wounds, and more. Registered candidates receive a first aid e-manual. Successful candidates receive an Emergency First Aid e-card valid for three years, and a Heart Saver (Level A) e-card for 1 year. There is no recertification for this program. Paper first aid manuals and permanent plastic certification cards are available at an additional cost. Level B, C or BLS Provider CPR (HCP) is available at an additional cost.
Emergency First Aid – Level B – Public
Length: 8 Hrs

Course includes activating 911, scene survey, patient assessment, choking, CPR skills (Level C) and AED awareness, shock, bleeding wounds, and more. Registered candidates receive a first aid e-manual. Successful candidates receive an Emergency First Aid e-card valid for three years, and CPR Basic Rescuer (Level C) e-card for 1 year. There is no recertification for this program. Paper first aid manuals and permanent plastic certification cards are available at an additional cost. Level BLS Provider CPR (HCP) is available at an additional cost.
